Education and Certifications? BA in Communication w/Religion Minor, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, 6A High School Cross Country and Track Coach

Fitness experience? High School and Collegiate Cross -Country and Track Athlete Began CrossFit in January 2014 -CrossFit Level 1 in 2017 -CrossFit Level 2 in 2021

3. Words to live by or Favorite Quote? One cannot grow a tree in a moment of passion. 4. Passion or purpose as a coach? I love helping people create healthy habits and movement patterns to achieve goals they never thought possible, and to promote a long term, healthy lifestyle that crosses over into other dimensions of wellness. 5. What are your past times outside of the gym? Outside of the gym I love playing music, being outdoors with my wife, Becky, and our dogs, Zoe and Rogue, and eating great food!

JUSTIN MUNNS

Education and Certifications? BA and Masters in Business at HSU. CrossFit Level 1 2. Fitness experience? CrossFit for 6 years and coaching for 5 months. Boxing and triathlon experience.

Words to live by or Favorite Quote? Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway. – Earl Nightingale 4. Passion or purpose as a coach? My passion has always been to serve others. I strive each day to be the coach I always wanted. 5. What are your past times outside of the gym? Hanging out with my dog and taking her hiking.

Education and Certifications? BA in Human Resources - Communications & Marketing Specialist

 Fitness Experience? USAF Veteran, collegiate soccer player, fitness lover! Looking to obtain my L1 this year (2024).

Favorite quote? “Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up.
It is always tired morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired.”

Passion or purpose? It is both my passion and purpose to help our athletes see themselves exactly how we see them — capable, strong, and inspiring! My goal is to bring out the best in our athletes and ensure they are feeling confident not only in the training provided, but in themselves and their accomplishments. I am so proud of the work our members put in day in and day out, and I strive for them to be proud of it too!

Education and Certifications? BA in Kinesiology. Served in the United States Army and Army National Guard for a combined 7 years. CFP and CHFC. CrossFit Level 1.

Education and Certifications? BA in Exercise Science from HSU 2000. Masters in Physical Therapy from HSU 2002. CrossFit Level 1. 2. Fitness experience? Multi-sport athlete through high school, Collegiate Tennis Player at HSU for 4 years.

Began CrossFit in 2015 and then became part owner in 2020. Words to live by or Favorite Quote? “Just one positive thought in the morning can change your whole day!” 4. Passion or purpose as a coach? My passion is to see people achieve goals they never thought would be possible and find their value and self worth in the process. 5. What are your past times outside of the gym? Spending time with my husband and two kids, being at the lake, and playing with our dog Tucker.
